Usage method and dosage
1. According to the design requirements of concrete, adjust the water consumption and sand ratio through tests to achieve the water reducer dosage that meets the requirements of slump, strength and coagulation;
2. This product is suitable for high-performance concrete, high-strength concrete and high-flow concrete. When used for concrete above C50, the raw materials should be selected according to the relevant technical specifications to determine the appropriate mixing process and obtain a certain amount of test data. The flowability of the produced concrete should meet the construction requirements, and the concrete strength should have a certain surplus coefficient.
3. This product can be added to concrete at the same time as mixing water, and the effect is better if it is added to concrete later than water.
4. The recommended dosage is 0.2-0.3% of the amount of cementitious materials used.
Packaging, storage and transportation
1. This product is 25 kg/bag;
2. Large bag packaging or special packaging can be provided according to customer requirements.
3. It should be stored at room temperature (below 40°C) and in a dry environment, avoiding stacking or heavy pressure to prevent the product from agglomerating;
4. The storage stability of this product in the original packaging should be maintained for 12 months, and it should be put into use within 60 days after the original packaging is opened.
5. This product is transported as a general chemical product.
