Polycarboxylate PCE Superplasticizer Powder

1. This product is alkalescence solid without toxic, corrosiveness and pollution.
It is unedible when it come to body and eye, please wash it in clean water. When there is allergy for some body, please send the person to hospital rapidly for cure.
2. This product is storaged in paper barrel with PE bag inner. Avoid rain and sundries to mix in.
3. Quality guarantee period is 12 months.

 

Usage Instructions

 

The recommended dosage range for polycarboxylate high-efficiency superplasticizers is 0.5%–1.6%. For special cements or aggregates, the dosage may be adjusted accordingly.
The admixture can be added to metered water and mixed with water simultaneously in the concrete mixer. For optimal water reduction effect, the recommended mixing time is at least 150 seconds.
When using this product for the first time or changing cement types, necessary trial mixes should be conducted based on local materials and construction conditions to determine the appropriate dosage and mix design to ensure concrete quality.
Due to the high water reduction rate of the PCE high-efficiency superplasticizer, the slump of the concrete is highly sensitive to the water content. Strict control of water and dosage is required during use.
Polycarboxylate superplasticizers should not be mixed with naphthalene-based, melamine-based, or amino-based superplasticizers, as this may significantly reduce performance.
