Excellent stability
Our products can form a dense molecular layer in the liquid, tightly wrapped on the surface of solid particles, effectively reducing the aggregation and precipitation between particles. This mechanism of action not only improves the stability of the suspension but also significantly reduces the cementing risk caused by particle sedimentation. For example, in a 200°C cement slurry system, after adding 0.5%-1% Suspension Stabilizer, the density difference between the upper and lower sections of the cement stone can be controlled within 0.02 g/cm³.
Excellent temperature resistance
Our stabilizers can form a stable grid structure at high temperatures through electrostatic action and hydrophobic association, effectively preventing cement slurry sedimentation and free water separation. Under high-temperature conditions of 200°C, after adding 0.5%-1% P-AB to the cement slurry, the density difference between the upper and lower sections of the cement stone can be controlled within 0.02 g/cm³, and the slurry-free liquid is zero.

Use and Dosage
We recommend adding the product in proportion and mixing it thoroughly. The recommended usage level is 0.02% to 0.1% by weight of the adhesive.
Package, Storage & Shelf Life
The product is packed in 25kg bags and should be stored in a dedicated, well-ventilated, and dry warehouse, away from moisture. The shelf life is a minimum of 12 months. After the expiration date, the product can still be used if the testing results meet the required standards. Therefore, in many cases, it is recommended to conduct a trial mix.
