JK-01NP Sodium Salt of Naphthalene Sulfonate SNF Naphthalene Superplasticzier is a powder admixture based on naphthalene powder associated with chemical synthesis products. It can improve the early and final strengths of concrete by giving rheoplastic property.
JK-01NP Sodium Salt of Naphthalene Sulfonate is specifically formulated to meet the needs of the concrete industry. It can greatly improve the workability of concrete, thereby reducing the water consumption for mixing, and can significantly increase the strength of concrete.
Products Applications
JK-01NP Sodium Salt of Naphthalene Sulfonate possesses the features of no retarding, no air-introducing, superplastic high water-reducing and strength enhancing. It has no chloride, low alkali content, low sulphonate, and high purity.
JK-01NP Sodium Salt of Naphthalene Sulfonate can be widely used in various concrete projects such as railways, highways, bridges, hydro-powder, ports, docks, industrial & civil buildings, prefabricated components. It can be applied to make flowing, strong or steam-curing concrete.
The minimum working temperature can be as low as 0℃degrees. In steam curing, concrete with superplasticizer has to be strong enough before heating. It is particularly used as base material for compound admixtures.

Products Dosage
Recommended dosage is 0.5 – 1.5% by weight of cement. Therefore, in many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mixes.
Products Package
For powder, 25kg bag/650kg/700kg jumbo bag.
One 20'ft can load 16 tons, one 40'ft can load 28 tons.
Storage Conditions & Shelf Life
Store the goods in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture.
Residual product must be sealed and stored to prevent moisture.
Well-packaged product has a shelf life of 12 months since production. If exceeds the expiration date, it must be verified through testing before use.
