Production process
Sulfonation reaction: naphthalene is added to the reactor, sulfuric acid is added after heating for sulfonation reaction, and the temperature is lowered for hydrolysis after the sulfonation reaction is completed.
Condensation reaction: the sulfonated product enters another reactor through a filter, and formaldehyde is added to carry out condensation reaction under a specific pressure.
Neutralization reaction: the product of the condensation reaction is pressed into the neutralization kettle, and liquid alkali is added for neutralization reaction.
Drying: the neutralized material is spray dried to obtain the finished product.
