Share with you the information about degassing agent, also known as: defoaming agent,
Degassing agent is a kind of papermaking additive. Chemical composition: a mixture of high alcohol and fatty acid derivatives. However, degassing agents always encounter troublesome foam problems when used in production. If not handled in time, it will affect the product and slow down the production progress, so degassing and defoaming agents are chosen to solve the problem.

Degassing agents are used in the paper industry and are developed for the paper industry and its applications. It is a new type of degassing and defoaming agent specially used for papermaking, which is synthesized from special additives such as high-carbon alcohol and stabilizer.
Defoaming features:

1. Defoaming is fast and foaming is suppressed for a long time. The dosage is small and does not affect the basic performance of the product.

2. Good compatibility, high temperature resistance and strong alkali resistance, no floating, no demulsification, no delamination.

3. It will not cause pinholes, spots and fish eyes, and will not affect the aesthetics and quality of the product.

Application scenarios: papermaking water treatment, pulping and papermaking, papermaking industry, papermaking, pulping black liquor, papermaking sewage, papermaking white water, papermaking degassing and other papermaking industries.

Usage: The usage amount is 0.1%-0.3%, which can be increased or decreased according to the site conditions. If the defoaming agent has been diluted, it must be used up within a short period of time.
