Compared with traditional water-reducing agents such as sodium naphthalene sulfonate and sulfonated melamine formaldehyde condensates, polycarboxylate superplasticizers can provide high dispersion, fluidity and high dispersion system stability to concrete, preventing loss of slump. The preparation principle of polycarboxylate Superplasticizers PCE


Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE high-performance water reducer is a kind of high-molecular compound with sulfonic acid groups, carboxyl groups, amino groups and polyoxyethylene side chains, etc. It is synthesized in aqueous solution based on the principle of free radical copolymerization and is a high-molecular surfactant with a comb-like structure.

 

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE high-performance water reducer's main raw materials: methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, ethyl acrylate, hydroxyethyl acrylate, allyl sulfonic acid sodium, methyl methacrylate, methoxy polyoxyethylene methacrylate, ethoxy polyethylene glycol acrylate, allyl ether, etc. The initiators that can be used during the polymerization process are: water-based persulfate initiator, benzoyl peroxide, azobisisobutyronitrile; chain transfer agents include: 3-mercaptobutyric acid, mercaptoacetic acid, and isopropanol, etc.
