SHANXI JIANKAI® JK-PCE-HSR is polyether based high performance copolymer liquid designed for highest concrete quality. It has very good slump retention and adaptability to different cement and materials, especially for summer high temperature construction conditions and long-distance concrete transport project.
Technical Feature
- Excellent slump retention: within a certain period of time, the expansion degree maintains a small change, which can meet the slump retention requirements of more than 3 hours or even longer.
- It espeicially solves the problems of high powder, high mud, too fast loss in summer, etc.
- Water reduction rate: the product has a certain initial water reduction rate, which aims to improve the adaptability of the finished water reducing agent.
- Good constructability: Concrete has good fluidity, easy pouring and construction.
- Excellent workability: no segregation, no bleeding, which is beneficial to the growth of concrete strength and structural development.
- Extensive adaptability: It can adapt to the problems of machine-made sand with high mud content and high powder content, can alleviate the influence of flocculants to a certain extent, and adapt to various cements and admixtures.

For a variety of civil works, high-rise reinforced concrete frame structure, especially for highway, railway, bridge engineering, tunnel engineering, hydraulic dams, nuclear power engineering, ports, docks,and other underground facilities that require high durability of concrete large concrete structure, but also for large prestressed concrete beams, plates production, steam curing concrete and so on.

Package, Storage & Shelf Life
For liquid: 1100kg IBC tank and flexible tank.
Store and transport goods under cool and dry conditions. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture. Take antifreeze measures in very low temperature.
Well-packaged product has a shelf life of 12 months since production.
If the product exceeds the expiration date, it must be verified through testing before use.
