This standard specifies the limits for ammonia release from concrete admixtures.
This standard is applicable to all types of ammonia-releasing concrete admixtures for construction with indoor use. It is not applicable to concrete admixtures for bridges, highways and other outdoor projects.

The amount of ammonia released from concrete admixtures is ≤ 0.10% (mass fraction).

5.1 Sampling and retaining samples
Randomly select 1kg sample from the admixture of the same number, mix it evenly, and divide it into two parts. One part shall be sealed and stored for three months, and the other part shall be used as a test sample.
